Delivery Timelines
We ship all domestic orders with FedEx two-day priority shipping. For our international clients, we always ship with the quickest option via FedEx which typically varies between 2-5 business days depending on your location.
To ensure your package arrives safely with both domestic and international orders, we require signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can have your package held at your nearest FedEx facility and securely pick-up with a photo ID.
Once your piece(s) ships, our team will email you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the shipment.
Warranty & Returns Policy
15-Day Returns
We want you to feel the love with your Senior & Co purchase. If you're not satisfied with your jewellery for any reason, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any included certificates.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation to process your return.
